Residence located on point lot overlooking Biscayne Bay.  Three stories with garage basement for 8 cars.  Open breezeway at center, double staircase and 16’ front door give this residence a dramatic entry.  The design focused on all rooms having spectacular panoramic views of the waterfront.  The living room has two story windows.  House comes equipped with two stair cases, elevator, gourmet kitchen, staff room, and wine cellar.
