Set near beautiful Las Olas Boulevard, this project was a unique loft style plan with Mediterranean accents.  The complete west side of the residence is a two story master wing. Designed for both entertaining and private gatherings, the house combines formal detailing with a plan that supports a contemporary lifestyle.  Situated on 100 feet of waterfront just off the intracoastal, the plan focused on views from nearly every room. Five bedrooms with media room and loft, five and a half bathrooms, four car garage, pool, spa, bar and nearly 7,338 square feet of total area.
