The project consisted of developing two spec homes on adjacent 50 foot wide lots located in the heart of Coconut Grove.  One home totals 3,900 square feet and the other 3,300 square feet.  Five bedrooms and wrap around terraces with luxury master suites, gourmet kitchen and two-car garage.
