Custom home located three lots west of Fort
Lauderdale beach on a 50 foot wide lot. The design began with Santa
Barbara style influences. Details were later simplified but the final
plan included a tropical backyard with summer kitchen and wrap around
terrace, gourmet kitchen, two story living area, media room and master
bedroom with terrace overlooking the beach.
