New contemporary 1,700 square foot office building in downtown Fort Lauderdale.  This one story building with loft area is located on a narrow 50 foot wide lot.  The goal was to provide a pure form that was simple and elegant. Two glass facades shadowed by eyebrows and cantilevered architectural features created a composition that became a constant play of light and shadow.  The double height interior spaces allows for floods of brilliant light to define the interior spaces.
