The Landings residence on the intracoastal waterway.  This Mediterranean style residence was completely gutted and the interior spaces were redesigned.  The program included the removal of all roof trusses, new den addition in the front, kitchen renovation and master bedroom extension.  The front and rear façade were also redesigned.
