The program for this new 5,000 square foot warehouse in downtown Fort Lauderdale was to have flexibility for up to four bays.  The one story building is located in an industrial area adjacent to the railroad.  Simple exterior details were proposed such as scored stucco façade, awnings at each entry and stepped parapet.  Tropical landscaping and high interior ceilings give this project a South Florida feel.
